LOCATION: Burnaby BC

ROOMS: Lobby and Restaurant

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 4 months

PROJECT SCOPE: Full renovation of lobby and restaurant – flooring, millwork, wallcoverings, stone, doors, electrical upgrades.

UNIQUE FEATURE: We installed a spectacular ceiling feature in the lobby!

WESTIN WHISTLER

LOCATION: Whistler BC

ROOMS: Public areas – Reception, meeting rooms, public washrooms and corridors.

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 2 phases – 6 month

PROJECT SCOPE: Full renovation to the public areas. New millwork throughout including meeting rooms, washrooms and reception, plumbing in the meeting rooms and washrooms, forming and pouring new concrete stairs, wall coverings, flooring, painting, upgrades to electrical.

UNIQUE FEATURE: This project had a very unique installation of millwork behind the reception desks.

CRYSTAL LODGE HOTEL & SUITS:- Phase -1

LOCATION: Whistler BC

ROOMS: 80.

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 3 months.

PROJECT SCOPE: Full room and corridor renovation. New washrooms, flooring, wall coverings, paint, millwork. Electrical and plumbing upgrades and re-fresh of the kitchens.

UNIQUE FEATURE: We had to add new fire stopping details to comply with today’s building code.

CRYSTAL LODGE HOTEL & SUITS:- Phase -2

LOCATION: Whistler BC

ROOMS: 80

VALUE:  Category 1

DURATION: 3 months.

PROJECT SCOPE:  Full room and corridor renovation. New washrooms, flooring, wallcovering, paint, millwork. Electrical and plumbing upgrades and re-fresh of the kitchens.

UNIQUE FEATURE: We had to add new fire stopping details to comply with today’s building code.

HAMPTONS

LOCATION: 111 Robson Street Vancouver.

ROOMS: Interior meeting rooms, corridor and public washrooms.

VALUE: Category  2

DURATION: 1 month.

PROJECT SCOPE: Demolition, Plumbing, Electrical, New Drywall, Installation of new Wallcovering, Installation of New Tile, Millwork, and Painting.

UNIQUE FEATURE: We manufactured locally and installed new meeting room tables that were designed specifically for the rooms.

Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre

LOCATION: Vancouver Westside, BC.

ROOMS: 200 +

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 7 months.

PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade including guest rooms and hallways, all ballrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms and restaurant / lounge as well as complete exterior concrete restoration and painting.

UNIQUE FEATURE: All textured ceilings skim coated to a level 5 smooth finish. Working alongside electricians & plumbers as the building was refurbished for sprinklers and new fire alarm system. Renovation of lobby while hotel continued operations.

Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel

LOCATION: Richmond, BC.

ROOMS: 420.

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 8 months.

PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade, including all guest rooms, guest hallways, Ballrooms, washrooms and lobbies etc. Finishing & structural changes, plumbing, electric, tiling, carpentry etc.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Meeting the demands of an extremely tight Pre-Olympic schedule, working closely with owners, management and designers to meet the requirements of budget & schedule.

Four Seasons Hotel

LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver, BC.

ROOMS: 398

VALUE: Category 1

DURATION: 7 months

PROJECT SCOPE: Complete interior upgrade, including guest rooms, guest hallways and meeting rooms.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Level 5 finish to all texture ceilings. On time hand over of every floor, one each Friday at 4PM.

Sheraton Wall Center

LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver, BC.

ROOMS: 260

VALUE: Category  2

DURATION: 1 month.

PROJECT SCOPE: Refinish walls, doors, ceilings and millwork.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Extremely tight schedule during the Christmas season. Completed two days ahead of schedule.

Sutton Place Hotel

LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver, BC.

VALUE: Category 2

DURATION:  6 months.

PROJECT SCOPE: Refinishing of guest rooms, guest hallways and swimming pool area, walls, doors, ceilings, millwork. On time handover on every floor.

UNIQUE FEATURE: The management and designers to meet the requirements of budget & schedule.

Vancouver Central Library

LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver, BC.

VALUE: Category 2

DURATION: 2 months.

PROJECT SCOPE: Exterior power washing, hand cleaning and sealing. Interior refinishing.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Working alongside many operating business & heavy pedestrian traffic.

Cascadia Hotel & Suites

LOCATION: Downtown Vancouver, BC.

VALUE: Category 2

DURATION: 1 month.

PROJECT SCOPE: Remove and reinstall ceilings after major HVAC upgrade. Assorted additional scopes of work; ongoing.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Driving schedule to complete work including HVAC trades while floors were open.

PROJECT SCOPE: Interior common area painting finishing.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Hotel had to remain open during work.

Empire Landmark Hotel

PROJECT SCOPE: Repainting of the revolving restaurant’s interior including bus stations, bars etc.

UNIQUE FEATURE: Hotel had to open restaurant for breakfast, and reopen for dinner each day.

PROJECT SCOPE: Exterior painting and restoration work as well as interior paint finishing.

PROJECT SCOPE: Exterior stucco restoration work.

UNIQUE FEATURE: To blend in the stucco work so the restoration work is indistinguishable from the original, at front entry while guests continued to arrive undisturbed.
