PROJECT SCOPE: This building is over 100 years old so in conjunction with an Engineer we devised a system of temporary anchors to get the work completed. Exterior work included lead abatement, welding repairs to fire escapes, new stucco installation, new exterior lighting, installation of a new torch on roof, new decking, new awnings and new paint. Additionally, we converted their office spaces to guestrooms.
